Returns policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. *

Returned items should be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase as well as a fully completed return form which you can find here

Once we received the product, your request will be processed immediately. Our customer service team will review the returned and you will be notified by e-mail.

Kindly allow up to 10 business days from the date the return is received at our warehouse to process your return. We recommend that you keep the return tracking number for your reference.

 *Shipping costs are only refunded only in case of faulty items defined as follows:

  • Items that have manufacturing faults.
  • Items that have been wrongly described.
  • Items that are different to the ones ordered.

Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wash, iron or wear and tear, are not considered to be faulty.

Important notice

If your order was entitled to 'Free shipping' and you wish to return all items of the order, a €5.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for the shipping costs that we have been charged to deliver your order.

Refunds

In case of purchase by credit card or PayPal the complete amount will be credited back on your card. In case of cash on delivery please provide us with the details of your bank account to transfer the amount within a week.

Exchanges

If you would like an alternative product, then you will need to return the unwanted one for a full refund less shipping costs and place a new order.
